Unroll the uncooked crescent rolls and lay them
out on a cutting board. Place two slices of the
turkey on each one. Sprinkle some of the cheese
on each. Roll up each roll, just as if it were
empty. Press some cheese into the tops of each
of the rolls.
- 6 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
- 8 (1 tube) Pillsbury Crescent rolls
- About 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Line a roasting pan or baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the rollups on the foil and bake at 350F. They should
take about 15 minutes, but cook them until they are golden
Let sit for 2 minutes before eating.
Ham or chicken works fine instead of turkey. Cheddar
or Jack cheese is fine, too.
